- For the avoidance of doubt, MoneyBack points awarded are based on the net payment amount rounded down to the nearest one dollar. By way of example, if the net payment amount for the completed purchase is HK$788.8 on Saturday Dinner Buffet, MoneyBack points will be awarded based on the value of HK$788 (i.e. 788 = 788 points).
- The offers are valid in Hong Kong only and all eligible transactions are conducted in Hong Kong currency.
- MBHK and the merchant reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the offers and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matter or disputes will be subject to the decision of MBHK and the merchant which shall be final and binding.

- MBHK shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the offers.
